Abstrakt: The aim of the article is to present the possibilities of using digital learning and knowledge regarding the influence of selected neurotransmitters on the learning process in the education and training of soldiers. The analysis concerns training focused on cooperation between soldiers and artificial intelligence. The research process used the literature review method and a diagnostic survey. It wasfound that in areas such as: Reconnaissance, Military means of destruction, supporting operations and Cryptology, digital learning tools should be developed as complementary training to physical tactical training. At the same time, knowledge about the influence of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, acetylcholine, cortisol, etc. on the course of cognitive processes, memory and learning effectiveness should be transferred to the military training environment.

Abstrakt: The article is informative in nature. It acquaints with a brief history of introducing social work into the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic. It informs about the competence of the coordinators of support programs and outlines in more detail the activities it will provide under each agenda. It describes the factors influencing the creation of preparation and further education of coordinators of support programs and lists the main actors of education of these functions in the conditions of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic.

Abstrakt: Police officers are a unique and irreplaceable resource, essential for the successful functioning of a police organization – an organization involved in ensuring the security of the state and its residents. They are police officers who, with their work, activity, initiative, commitment, and dedication, set and determine not only the strategy and goals of the police organization, but also ensure the fulfillment of its mission and the achievement of the set goals. The effort for the successful and efficient functioning of the police organization and the achievement of the desired results requires the constant development of human resources in the form of members of the Police Force, as well as their direction, motivation, and support for the active and high-quality performance of official tasks. They should also be adequately rewarded for this active and high-quality performance of tasks. For this reason, the primary goal of this scientific contribution is the analysis of the current development of the remuneration of members of the Police Force - the security force ensuring internal security, order and protection of the lives, health, and property of the inhabitants - in the context of the development of key indicators of economic development in the Slovak Republic over the last ten years.

Abstrakt: This scientific paper focuses on the extremely important role that higher education plays in the development of critical thinking in the context of protection against disinformation spread especially on the Internet and social networks. The author first deals with the broader importance of education for individuals and the whole society, pointing out its role in forming informed and critically thinking citizens. Subsequently, he focuses on the specific contribution of higher education in the fight against disinformation, because during it students acquire the necessary abilities and skills to analyse the received information and detect manipulative techniques. In conclusion, he emphasizes the need for further investments in increasing media literacy, digital skills, and critical thinking in the educational system in order to increase society's resistance to disinformation and manipulation in the online space.

Abstrakt: Bata’s system of professional education is qualitatively unique model, based on the progressive trends of thought of his time in his conception of educational work (including an educational dimension), we find reflections of the current concept of learning organization, informal learning tacit knowledge human resource development and others. Inspiration and impetus for the present is Batas vision of organic cross-linkages and conditionality of the individuality development with effective work business development and social prosperity and prosperity at the regional societal and global level. The research (110 respondents) demonstrated very good knowledge of Bat’s concept of employee education and his business activities.
