Abstrakt: Skills and competences in the environment of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic are important for proper functioning and adequate response to security threats. The use of new trends in management is important because of the effort to advance and improve the activity and capabilities of the armed forces, their commanders, and all members.

Abstrakt: The author defines basic knowledge in the field of project management. Attention is also given to a better understanding of the connection between project management and education, which is applied in the military conditions. The article is suitable for state administration employees working in the field of management of Slovak Republic state administration bodies, as well as for the general professional public. At the end of the paper, the author points out the need for professional soldiers education which could contribute to a better understanding of the issue.

Abstrakt: The content of the article is focused on the use of Microsoft Team in language education as an innovative element in face-to face teaching and a necessary means of distance education. Abstrakt: We can look at extremism in relation - or directly - in the Slovak Armed Forces (SAF) from several perspectives. However, at this time there is interesting insight through the prism of not exclusively ideological or sympathetic intrusions into political parties with at least questionable platform of establishment, staffing with a very disturbing past and 're-staffing', resp. recruiting official supporters on the verge of influencing. Unprecedented signals are penetrating society with the message that (recent) military leaders are somehow connected to the political groups acting on the verge of extremism at least because of their activities in the past. Not entirely answered is what the latent or semi-latent level of extremism of individuals in the Slovak Armed Forces offer.
