Abstrakt: It seems more than obvious that any of our thinking about leaders and leadership is conditioned by several factors, of which perhaps the most important role is played by the passage of time, our current level of knowledge and previous experiences. In the light of these facts, it is understandable that today we perceive the leader, leaders and leadership differently than, for example, a hundred years ago. With all this, however, there is an immediate danger that we will literally be overwhelmed by information and knowledge, and instead of facilitating and simplifying the solution of leadership problems, we will literally drown in the flood of constantly increasing knowledge and the given issue.
