Abstrakt: CIMIC training of military specialists is a key success factor in modern military operations. This training includes theoretical education, practical training, cultural sensitivity and technical equipment. CIMIC military specialists must have expertise and skills in civil relations, communications, diplomacy and conflict resolution. Their preparation should include simulations, exercises and cooperation with various actors, including humanitarian organizations. An important aspect is also ethical development and the ability to make the right decisions for the benefit of the local population. Ideally, the training of CIMIC military specialists should be integrated into the overall training of armed forces and continuously updated based on experience gained in the field.
