Abstrakt: In the current reality, the issue of leadership requires changes in space and processes. Recently, it is possible to observe an increasing scope and determination of leadership as well as ways to realise it in military environment. The solution is an attempt to find principles of leadership in case of power and influencing as a background for education in this issue. The aim of this article is to draw attention to power and influencing in leadership in the context of the implementation in education. The basic structure of the article consists of two parts: leadership and power and leadership and influencing. In both parts there is finding connection between civilian and military point of view.
