Abstrakt: Since 2016, a tactical training facility has been built in the Training Area of the Military District Lešť, which is called as the Drill Komplex "OREMLAND- MOUT". To date, various forms and training methods have been performed on the mentioned training facility by units of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic, but also by units of foreign armies. Experience from training of these units creates a view on its usability from two sides. On one hand, this training facility is highly rated due to excellent practical possibilities to practice the principles and procedures for conducting military activities in a given environment. On the other hand, there are restrictions imposed on it, which exacerbate the unreality in conducting military activities in this environment. Therefore, if the trainees have two conflicting views on its training usability, a more comprehensive analysis of the possibilities of the facility is needed and thus to create a constructive view on the application of the training principles in this facility. The article offers, on one example, a possible view on achieving the reality of training in not fight conditions.
