Abstrakt: Many factors influence the performance of any organisation. Among the most important ones are the people holding managerial positions in the organization. These are mainly line managers who directly manage subordinate workers. Their level of skill in leading subordinates is positively reflected in the performance of the managed part of the organization as well as in the satisfaction of the managed workers. This also applies to government organisations. A survey of employees is used to determine which management style of a manager is appropriate and contributes to the development of the organization and the workers. A survey on this issue is presented in this paper for illustration.
